Dpto. Técnico.
I have an old 86 Dodge Ram Van 150 with the 318 engine I resurrected from non-op to go camping in. Discovered a blown head gasket. Researched many high priced competitors with bad reviews. Then K-Seal, low price with great reviews. Let tell you...BUY IT - IT WORKS GREAT. I saved dumping the van and we've put it through some serious mountain driving in Idaho up steep grades. This truly is a mechanic in a bottle. Wonderful - Thanks K-Seal Steve-o
Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. I drained the system, flushed it with a water hose then added fresh water and coolant along with a bottle of this stuff. That van is still going strong! Prior to adding this stuff I had water coming out my tail pipe, bubbles with a oil coming up from my radiator after removing the cap. The van ran like crap. I added this stuff, drove it for 30 minutes and it worked. This stuff is great.
@steveomedia I need to use a product like this but had a few questions. Did you drain the system and flush or just pour it in. Did you remove thermostat. How bad was your leak. Just concerned about using products like this, but with econmy like it is I have no choice
