Though it's "just a movie", the whole premise of this ridiculous story strectches plausibility to breaking point. The lead character, the "good guy" would not have entered into their "game" and would have been intellient enough to have recorded the phone conversation he had with the lead bad guy about being set up.

Also, the cold reality of doctors/interns putting in 80/90 hour work weeks doing real work precludes such hobbies as killing people for fun. Waste of movie.
