Germany did not "visit" Norway, they burned down Northern Norway, they tapped Norway for resources, they build ugly bunkers all over the place, terrorised the population and killed several thousand civilians.
@lolland30 ne norwegians did not stay neutral so they were in fact supporting the brits and the norwegian campaign was the logical result. in fact i like to think that norway did pretty well considered the vast destruction which was caused by ww2 in other parts of europe...

Is wohl eher nen Panzer I, naja der wiegt ja auch nur 5.4t und hat 57 PS^^

This film was planed to be shown or was shows(not sure), to motivate and booste moral within Wermacht before the attack on France.
This film was made in a hurry after the invasion of Norway.
