I suppress it in class, but classes are too long, but most people don't think it's TS, with me, they just think I can't be quiet, unless I tell them, which bemuses me lol. Great Video :)
i can surpress my tics for a lil while but the feeling of it has it bulids to me seem kinda worse than doing the tics. the way it feels for me is really annoying
i had blinking, clearing my throught about once every 7 seconds, and twitching my nose problems from ages 6-12 and part of 13 but now at age 14 i have "outgrown" it i guess
Just wanted to thank whoever posted this....when my son was diagnosed a year ago. I watched all 3 of them. Helped me feel like I wasn't crazy and he wasn't alone in this. I have passed these on as it is TS Awarenss month. Thank You.
Hey. This is something phenomenol. Fascinating and amazing. I think that it will help a lot of people to understand and be sensitive to others. Many thanks to the filmmaker and the fine people willing to be involved in this video. Keep up the good works.
This video is so incredible! I'm so glad , but not suprised that people have felt engaged and educated when watching the video. Did you send this to TSA?
I got teased to, Alot of facial twitches and sometimes they go away but if they do I get a new one...So far Ive had this mouth one for like 4months now Hate it the most...Its funny that you talked about that knee to head thing while playing soccer because often I feel like I need to stretch down and put the back of my hands to the floor cux I can feel it there. Kind of a thing you do that isen't facial...Thanks for the list of things as well. Glad to know I am not the only one with this stuff
I get severe attacks of myoclonic jerks (among other neurological stuff) and I shout out like "huh!" really loud as I jerk. Can get pretty embarassing cause it sounds like you're mad but it just happens. I'm looking into this tourette cause I think my son (typical ADHD stereotype but sso sweet) may have it. As I'm watching, I used to bite myself and can get quite twichy too, can't stand to sit still for long periods, just "need to" twitch hands and legs. My son makes certain repeated moves too.
less "uuh" while speaking, thanks
