I have actually been eating a primarily (though not exclusively) vegetarian diet since that video. I've enjoyed it very much.
Do a YouTube search for "Earthlings". I think it's about 9 parts, and you don't need to watch it all (in fact, you probably won't *want* to - you'll see why) but watch a couple parts anyway.
Factory farming really is immoral and, unfortunately, we are going to see more of it as populations increase.
I'm realizing this more and more. I have seen some of earthlings. From what I've seen, it really does point out just how terrible we can be, or at least society can be. Great suggestion.
I need to just find some simple vegetarian cookbooks and meal plans that'll help me maintain proper nutrition and keep from being anemic. I admit I haven't done enough research on the topic, perhaps I will.
