Hmm I remember this tune. I happened to use this track too in one of our student prods and found it in the Queer as Folk (4th Season) OST that I bought back in college. It's called Strobe's Nanafushi by Kodo.
I have had seen video and music presentations in New York Film Academy and this one is unique in a sense that the music is somewhat in synch with the images.. the video panning is great and the editing is cool too...kudos

I've used Kodo's"Strobes Nanafushi" b4 4 an OBB of a stude's docu abt Bacolod,I thot d music fit wel 4 d Masskara festival theme of d vid,bt it was a chalenge cos it demandd a lot of hilyts n d rhythm & my raw material was ltd.That's y I tink ur vid is terific.Very skilful syncing of vid 2 audio.& wat seemed an endles loop of drum & chant & a wealth of beautiful stock footage bcame a 5-min eye-candy.Us small 1s r lukin up 2 u guys 4 inspiration & dreamin of bagging bigger accts someday hehe ;-)
Its a rush one day video production with no time to shoot were a client needed it immediately for airport viewing at arrival and departure area during Asian Tourism Forum. No new video shooting was was done but are a collection of raw master footages used during some of our DOT related AVPs. Its more of a teaser.

nice video! shows a lot of interesting places in Daveo, although it gets draggy towards the end... and the music becomes annoying, too.
