absolute best relatively cheap common mods for these cobras are a 2.76 pulley (or smallest pulley u can find) diablosport tuner, JLT cold air intake, bigger MAF meter, accufab throttlebody and plenum, underdrive pulleys, afco pro series heat exchanger, mezier electric water pump, battery relocation to trunk, lowering springs, a K member for about $600 if you wanna lose about 150 lbs. off the front end which makes a huge difference. all of this should have you at 480rwhp+ and deep in the 11's
im oh so sorry u dont agree with me but a smaller than 2.81 pulley will still pick up power on a non ported eaton and underdrive pulleys will pick up power on any car so why wouldnt u is the better question dont u think?
the only pulley you would need to underdrive would be the alt. because you can overspin it. 15lbs is the max on a eaton 2.8 pulley will get you there if you want more you gotta get the blower ported.
btw you will slow the s/c down with underdrive pulleys which is way anybody with a blown car will not have underdrives on their car, i have never seen them for 03/04 cobras
underdrive pulleys only slow down the alt. and power steering dude it affects the s/c in absolutely no way. less drag on motor = more power, quicker revving
just to give you heads up you the 03/04 cobras have a fead setup the s/c and alt r on one drive and everything else is on a another drive which all behind all these backets and other shit 7hp is not worth the time or money for that. find me one person with a s/c car with underdrive pulleys
its cars that r running 9 sec passes with the irs. its not that great from the factory but with a few mods it is just as good as the sra if not better

@braddfordy Buying a kit with everything you need is alittle different then just buying a KB and putting it on, Which that is what I said you can't do. First off the fuel system maxes out around 600RWHP, stock clutch won't last long, and you also might want some cooling mods.
@tksemipro see what i mean for one i dont really care about kb with a whipple it comes with everything you need in one kit which makes it a direct swap dumbass. coolings mods the twinscews run at a lower temp because they compress the air inside the s/c case not like the eaton. and said skip all of the little bolt ons and go to the twinscrew. meaning dont waste ur time porting and doing tb, pulleys, and wasting ur money because ur gonna want a twinscrew after a few month trust me.

2004 Ford Cobra SVT. Best car ever made. Looks so nice, you don't even have to modify it, and pretty fast stock but can very, very easily be made way faster. Also way cheap for the amounts of power and awesomeness that you get for your money. I want one in Screaming Yellow with a Kenne Bell in it.

@Catchertony No all of them have been beat on, just like any other sports car. Luckily they handle the abuse and will last along time if well maintained.
I'd walk away from a seller claiming he never raced the car, he is full of it and is probably lying about other stuff as well.

absolute best relatively cheap common mods for these cobras are a 2.76 pulley (or smallest pulley u can find) diablosport tuner, JLT cold air intake, bigger MAF meter, accufab throttlebody and plenum, underdrive pulleys, afco pro series heat exchanger, mezier electric water pump, battery relocation to trunk, lowering springs, a K member for about $600 if you wanna lose about 150 lbs. off the front end which makes a huge difference. all of this should have you at 480rwhp+ and deep in the 11's

and a pulley under 2.81 needs to be on a ported blower.

im oh so sorry u dont agree with me but a smaller than 2.81 pulley will still pick up power on a non ported eaton and underdrive pulleys will pick up power on any car so why wouldnt u is the better question dont u think?

the only pulley you would need to underdrive would be the alt. because you can overspin it. 15lbs is the max on a eaton 2.8 pulley will get you there if you want more you gotta get the blower ported.

btw you will slow the s/c down with underdrive pulleys which is way anybody with a blown car will not have underdrives on their car, i have never seen them for 03/04 cobras

underdrive pulleys only slow down the alt. and power steering dude it affects the s/c in absolutely no way. less drag on motor = more power, quicker revving

just to give you heads up you the 03/04 cobras have a fead setup the s/c and alt r on one drive and everything else is on a another drive which all behind all these backets and other shit 7hp is not worth the time or money for that. find me one person with a s/c car with underdrive pulleys

@braddfordy Buying a kit with everything you need is alittle different then just buying a KB and putting it on, Which that is what I said you can't do. First off the fuel system maxes out around 600RWHP, stock clutch won't last long, and you also might want some cooling mods.

@tksemipro see what i mean for one i dont really care about kb with a whipple it comes with everything you need in one kit which makes it a direct swap dumbass. coolings mods the twinscews run at a lower temp because they compress the air inside the s/c case not like the eaton. and said skip all of the little bolt ons and go to the twinscrew. meaning dont waste ur time porting and doing tb, pulleys, and wasting ur money because ur gonna want a twinscrew after a few month trust me.

2004 Ford Cobra SVT. Best car ever made. Looks so nice, you don't even have to modify it, and pretty fast stock but can very, very easily be made way faster. Also way cheap for the amounts of power and awesomeness that you get for your money. I want one in Screaming Yellow with a Kenne Bell in it.
