I don't think he's killing. It just seems like that because it's in a game. In the Spider-Man game for Playstation 1 you could kick or web throw thugs off skyscrapers, and we all know Spidey doesn't kill unless it's absolutely necessary. We probably just have to accept that some of the takedowns won't all be something Batman would usually do.
