The way Ken overcame his stroke and miracuously walked and was rejuvinated by the beautiful California live-oak trees is sort of similar to how I overcame my disability. I had Autism really badly, my mom was afraid I would never talk, but by watching primarily Diseny animation, it first got me to talk, then to interacting, and then finally I felt rejuvinated, almost like how Ken did.
I heard from someone that when this aired in the 80s, it had a bit of footage from Robin Hood that didn't make it into the final film, of King Richard revealing himself to Nutsy and Trigger. But it's not here.
Note: absolutely nothing said whatsoever about 'Chantecler.' Don't confuse the kiddies with films that weren't made, i guess... >.<
