  • wait, they just PUNCH A FUCKING DOOR OPEN?

  • What happens if the police Brinks my fucking door in!?

"This is Ron from Broadview Security, are you alright?"

"HELP! They comin' to get me!" *Sound of a toilet flushing*

  • I like the concerned-yet-in control nod from Rick at 2:56.

-Product void if home invasion perpetrated by black or hispanic men-

  • Even though I knew it was all done in front of a blue screen... The optical illusion of her studio was ruined.

  • I dunno but AJ is hella stupid!

  • Just want to point out that those alarms take at least 30 seconds to go off, and 30 seconds is a long time for a serial killer rapist.

  • can u trust your home security to goof balls that peddle commercials like this?

  • Same with one ADT commercial I watched... they came home to the burglar, and he just was like "Oops, I'm going to slowly leave now" while the family was screaming their heads off.

  • Those commercials piss me off every time I see them. The women are such sissies (and I'm a female)! If someone broke into my home, I'd grab my knife (always have one on my person) and charge them. I'd rather defend my territory from the bastards (no matter how many or how big they are)--even if it killed me. I wouldn't be able to live with myself, or rest in piece, knowing I had given up and run away from a fight. =/

  • "Loud noises are 100% effective at scaring off psychotic bad guys." Especially when they come in .38 cal.

  • I like how in all these commercials when the company calls them them they're all "OMGOMG SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY HOUSE OH GOD HELP ME!!!!" but then they answer the phone and they go, "Hello?" all calm like there was no alarm. Though that could also be attributed to bad acting, I dunno.

  • *alarm sounds*

AJ: Oh shit, I completely forgot about that security panel that was right next to the doorway which would have been impossible to not notice on my way out!

  • The commercials may be corny as Hell, & funny too, but the amount of the violent felons, & rapists that have been released to walk the streets again would astound you! Best solution, carry a pistol if you can afford one, & they need to start hanging violent criminals that have killed innocent people. Problem solved!

  • @loveunderlaw capital punishment doesn't deter criminals, though.

  • @heysaturdaysun But they CAN'T commit the same crime again once they're dead, can they?!

  • @loveunderlaw Ah, yes, the old classic: "use guns, they solve all problems!"

You have officially been certified an Internet-Badass(TM). Your laminated ID card is in the mail and will arrive within 7-10 business days. Now no one will mess with you on forums and message boards!

  • @Xeginy Actually I prefer knives to guns, & no I didn't say I was an "Internet bad ass" bad ass either! But when it comes to killing evil people, any method is acceptable IMO.

Ask yourself "why you want to defend society's scum"? What's wrong with you anyway?

They serve NO useful purpose to anyone, they should just be executed if they've committed a violent crime against any innocent person.

  • @loveunderlaw How I wish I could live in your simple world, where people can easily be divided into "good" and "evil."

I know you think that you've got some vigilante, badass cowboy attitude, but you're really just thinking like a 12 y/o who's seen Die Hard one too many times. So stop flexing your Internet muscles, because no one is impressed.

  • Everyone know rapists snarl and bash doors open with their faces and never enter your home in any subtler ways or even by inviting themselves in somehow because chances are the victim knows the person already so they manage to get a pretext!!!

Thanks, alarm that only seems to get triggered by exploding doors, you make me feel so safe!

  • To that first commercial - F that screaming and running, my mom would've shot em straight in the face. >:|

  • @fireballbaby12 My mom wouldn't have even gone for the gun. She'd have kicked the crap right out of them, and the dog would have had to pick over the leftovers if it wanted to bite anything still intact.

  • @Shatari lol

  • Those guys are horrible creepers.

  • Why wouldn't "AJ" just knock on her door and THEN assault her after seeing that she had a security alarm?

Also, why is this lady inviting random people into her house?

  • @GnorkyMoose17

    they're both idiots, maybe.. :)

  • Basically, I learned here not to kick in the front door of any house that I break into. Maybe I'll jimmy a basement hatch instead.

  • Yup loud noises will scare anyone off. No way they'll keep coming after you in the ten minutes or so it'll probably take for anyone to get to your house.

  • Funny how the burglars - rapists - bad guys in these commercials are ALWAYS white.

  • @photobiker66 i was thinking the same thing! i think it's cause they don't want to be seen as racist...the women are always white too. definite marketing strategy there.

  • @photobiker66 Because the vast majority of crimes are committed intra-ethnically.

  • OMG. "Look Like A Caucasian Burglar University". I laughed really hard.

  • Hilarious! This SO shoulda replaced that Erin chicks segments

  • @Morisia9900 Sadly, it was Modern Lady that replaced Target Women. Sarah Haskins is way funnier than Erin Gibson, any day of the week.

  • SOMEBODYS GONNA GET RAPED

  • XD The real commercials for these always cracked me up.

  • I wish colt would make a commercial with the same premise but instead of having an alarm go off the woman in question pulls out a pistol and just shoots the guy. Then the commerical says "guns are cheaper per month than a security system and more reliable; buy colt."

  • These commercials used to scare me shitless when I was a little kid. They ALWAYS came on at night! Marketing geniuses!

  • Joe Burglar, from Look Like a Caucasian Bugler University

  • Misandry is big business.

  • These commercials are so preposterous. All they need to do to make it more ridiculous is to have the guy go 'Raaaaaaaaaaaawr' when he gets inside the house.

  • I like how the would-be assailants seem to give the women more than enough time to run away and calmly answer their phone with a "Hello?" rather than about knowing the company would be calling...

There's also another one of these commercials where a women and her young daughter actually walk in on some guy trying to steal their stuff. Of course that could never happen to a man...

  • AJ is stupid sexy

  • "Get Broadview or get Murdered"

  • I can imagine what the two guys in the treadmill commercial were talking about.

"Alright, first we rape and kill the lady, then we steal everything. Kill all witnesses."

"But, what if the cops show up?"

"Dude, we have enough armor and firepower to take on two SWAT teams!!!"

    "Alright, then, let's do this."

    (Breaks door.)

"Oh, shit!!! A little beepy alarm!!! Run!! RUN LIKE HELL!!!"

  • My question is why do these women all buy shitty doors?

Also, wow, these guys all have commitment issues if they flee at an alarm.

  • O_o

  • Lol. Why is it that Broadview Security only hires white males?

  • @astrangeone Whoooo-boy, the Unfortunate Implications for that one abound!

  • Rape-Fables. XD

  • These "Target Women" segments are much better than the "Modern Lady" nowadays.

  • I love how that lady at the beginning pulls her eight-year-old daughter in *front* of her as a human shield.

  • She is one of the funniest women i've ever seen!!! LMFAO!!!!

  • Home invasion victims are Always Female.

  • Thank you Broadview Security, for giving High Octane Nightmare fuel and Paranoia fuel to woman everywhere.

Be sure to expect repercussions from all us guys brushed off due to fear caused b your commercials. It was nice knowing you (Not really)

  • Probably my fave target women yet

  • this DOES have some Unfortunate Implications.

  • is it just me or are these the worst burglars ever

  • thank goodness because i would of blown his head off

  • What if it was a billhook-wielding Olympic-sprinter neko-girl or just plain anyone that is after your head? If you're alone, you're dead, and unless you've got a video security system, she's free to walk in, kill you, and leave without fear of detection. But what are the chances of that?

  • I love how easy the door is to kick open. Maybe they should spend money on doors and locks that aren't made of cardboard instead of LOUD NOISES.

  • @Extraintrovert I thought the point of the "loud noises" was to draw the attention of anyone within earshot. You smash through the door and next thing you know all the neighbors are poking their heads out their doors just to see what the hell's going on.

  • @MarsellusWallace

Yes, because humans are known for our altruism towards strangers, and DEFINITELY don't ignore any alarms or sounds of distress that aren't directly concerned with us. Nope. Not at all.

  • Honky alert!

  • She's so funny.

  • I remember when my freinds were bored and ended up making a spoof of the ex-boyfriend one. But it was an ex-girlfriend. Yeah.

  • What happens if the person who breaks in is on ecstasy. They hear the alarm, next thing you know they start raving and invite their rapist raving friends. Now you've got a living room full of rapists with glow sticks and water bottles.

  • @ActaNonVerba71 Slip em moar drugs.

  • @ActaNonVerba71 thn you charge them 20$ for a bottle of beer

  • Who is the man who plays aj?

  • This is dead on; those commercials are so annoying

  • 1:13 Sergio's a rapist!

  • why would he break into that house, after seeing that somebody is home.

  • Get a big loud dog. It works just as well as this stupid alarm system and the dog actually warns you BEFORE the person kicks the door in. Some teenagers were trying to break into my car one night and the dog alerted me to their presence before they were able to break in.

  • There's no equality while women feel unsafe and men are shown as either villains OR saviors. The media like these "security" ads promote inequality and probably less security. They spread paranoia so people buy their shit. That sound wouldn't scare any of the jerks away and who has time to push the buttons then call Broadview? Um 911? it shows girls as unsafe helpless victims 24/7 who must find big muscle-y manly men they don't know (like at Broadview) or else! Pressure on men to protect 24/7.

  • @shiningarainbow Get off the phone, Jim from Broadview, I'm trying to call the police!

  • yea notice she says it creates Rape Fables thus victimizing women and perpetuating the hero and damsel in distress dichotomy.....

  • @PimpMyParadigm Exactly! good points.

  • I can make a noise that would make a bad guy run... how about the sound of a pump action shotgun?

  • or...perhaps you should get a better door installed...lol

  • "im fine now, what r u wearing"

    XD i nearly died laughing

  • As if my paranoia wasn't bad enough >8C

  • I have been wondering this a long time: on the broad view commercial where the girl had a party why didn't he just knock on her door and say he forgot his keys or something instead of kicking the door down like a dumbass

  • @mariahrox153 That's a very good idea, I'm going to try that instead. Thanks!

  • That Sarah guy is cool. He really knows what he's talking about.

  • Google just spawned that exact advertisement from the beginning AT the beginning.

  • I like AJ, he's my favorite character. These commercials try to be politically correct but they epic fail hehe.

  • I love how this video portrays women as weak damsel in distresses akin to Ashley in Resident Evil 4, who can't do anything but scream for help.

    Great job, guys. :3

  • Video is really creepy. hope your products gets good reviews as well, Did you guys visit goodalarmbadalarm site

  • omg thats so creepy everyone who works at broadview are guys and goodlooking. wtf.

  • that ad played right before i watched this...lol

  • because people breaking into your home will always just kick down the door...

also, to jump into the spelling thing, the word "man" actually descends from the word for "people." man and woman both had different words in old english (wer and wif respectively)...the word for "wife" was "wifman" (female-person), which is where "woman" came from. it doesn't actually have to do with men/masculinity at all...so misspelling it just disassociates women from being a wife etymologically, not from men

  • @LanithsAdvocate And even then, "wifman" just meant "female-person"...so unless women would like to claim they by definition are not female people, I don't see much point in messing with spelling (and I'm speaking as a lesbian liberal...though I am also an English major, so I like correct spelling anyway)

  • on your own home!

  • ahahahaha the ad that played just before this video started was the ad with the mother and daughter playing the backyard for broadview security. yeah they should not just put ads that are related to the videos but make sure the video is not making fun of the ad first.

  • "Don't worry, there's always a happy ending, because you've got something up your sleeve!" A butcher knife? ...a taser? ...really sharp house key?

  • What does "Broadview" mean? "The broad is always in view of the rapist"? Or "This is our view of broads"?

  • What does "Broadview" mean? "This is our view of broads"?

  • What do the women do in the 45 - 90 minutes between the phone call and the arrival of police?

  • what happens if the rapist is deaf?

  • @Rompcom Deaf people can feel noises.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @Rompcom - So save $99 a month and scare off deaf rapists with the stereo.

  • @Rompcom Well then what about the hearing robbers?

  • @BicycleFunk - make sure the stereo is playing Kenny G.

  • @Rompcom watch Japan porn you will find out - the tenticals

  • @Hrady55 that is a horrible stereotype. A lot of it is pretty safe for viewing.

  • The only reason these commercials have not drawn broader critisism is because the asailant is always white. Can you imagine if they had one commercial with a black dude with a jerri curl and a gold grill?

  • @Rompcom That would be 'bigotry'

  • 'I like to call the Rape Fables.'

    haha, classic. love.

  • I haven't laughed this hard in days.

  • I just bought a bunch of flannels at the gap.figured id look trendy, but thanks broadview, now I look like "AJ"!

  • "AJ" looks exactly like someone I know EXACTLY and he is this same type of personality. Ineed to put in on Facebook and tag him in it :)

  • Use another company. Broadview is an incorporated scam.

  • Broadview's commecials are so accurate. The data supports Broadview's ads that the typical home invader is a white male with dirty blonde hair that looks like he plays on a college soccer team. White families with husbands, sons or nephews all over the country need to boycott this company and go to the ADT instead until they start putting some men of color in the ads as home invaders.

  • why isn't there any more target women being made?? why???

  • Broadview Commercials We'd like to see: 2:16 A.J.? Door is kicked down, Woman screams!! AJ stays in house & runs after women up to the bedroom.Next scene:Girl laying next to A.J. in the bed smoking cigarette and says,'Oh A.J. that was fantastic! I sure love when you dress up like 'scary white guy attacking me on Tuesday Sex nites'...

  • The Rules of these Commercials: Woman either by herself (sometimes w/child) in a 30 room house at night with all the windows open and brightly lit. Door comes down and is ALWAYS a menacing looking WHITE GUY (or maybe 2 white guys) They run out really fast without even trying to turn off the alarm or shoot somebody. Woman runs, answers phone,& the handsome BLACK man on the other end comes to her rescue. THESE ARE THE RULES & SHOULD NOT WAVER!

  • adding on to what i had, what i am trying to say is there is no way those security guys evey call that fucking quick. lol. i accidently set my alarm off once and it took 15 to 20 for a call. lol. these commericals are false and bs. the next time a burglar breaks in im screaming get out.

  • Honestly, i love how everyone looks at the women and men bullshit. Doesnt anyone notice the woman saying "GET OUT!" im pretty sure that a burglar will not listen to anyone who tells them to get out if there is no alarm. And finally these commercials crack me up because they are so dumb. Now what i am about to say i DONT want to see. But im pretty sure if a burglar really wanted any of these girls they could go in and take them.

  • @Rossoneriazzuri Well, they are kind of one sided. I had an ex-girlfriend stalking me and had a girl in my appt. around 2 AM and the ex was outside screaming & kicking the door.Fortunately for me the ex looked fairly nice after clubbin and wasn't wearing a black hoodie' like all those white guys in the commercials. The girl left & the ex came in and spent the nite.

  • Men get sexualy harrassed too, trust me.

  • These commercials make me lawl every time I see them. Security systems targeting women is so obvious I don't know how people don't see it.

  • LOL!the ending is epic!

  • loved it hahahahah!

  • this was hilarious!

  • I loved the SNL parody of Broadview. "Get it, or get murdered!"

  • These are the best shows I have ever seen

  • I have been a (Master technician) with Brinks/Broadview for 11+ years now- and this was the funniest thing I have ever seen! Some valid points.. On the other hand, there has been a rapist loose in the Kansas City area for the past 5 mos.. And many women will tell you otherwise. Still a cute spoof.

  • it's not spoofing the product, it's spoofing the commercials.

  • dssadfdfd

  • bigboy45454545 PROVE Jesus is a myth? There are people who pray to pagan gods but I don't see you mocking their existance! Another bitter soul mad at God people daddy left!

  • I went to Look like A Caucasian Burglar University. The classes are really easy.

  • I heard A.J. is working for Bank of America now. No more of this small time, plaid collar stuff. Why go around smashing in doors when you can arrange to take the whole frikkin house?

  • have you guys noticed that Current TV is progressively AMAZING!?

  • Hahaha! This ad is so true. But it does target women, and thats not cool. Because it also targets men. This ad is making men look like were theses bad people. Why couldnt it be a man in his house with a women with a gun that breaks in. Or a teenager thats in his house and somebody breaks in... I dont get it people!

  • Because men don't need protecting. OBVIOUSLY. It's us poor fragile women that get victimized by men, that also, in turn, NEED men to save us.

  • @starkid If you are being serious, why do all of the white woman in the commercial live alone in a 30 room mansion and leave all the curtains wide open at nite? Please note how racial (anti caucasian) these ads are. They're trying to be so PC that it becomes an insult to honkies everywhere.Yes, I said 'the H word'!! I'm white and it's 'our word' so I'm allowed to use it!

  • @rleary1 Please do not complain about racism against white people. The entitlement just seeps through. It's showing only white womin because no one gives a shit about WOC.

Guess what? As a white persun, you have it better than anybody. So suck it the fuck up and actually try and learn about racism that IS STILL GOING ON TODAY! I know listening to non-whites might hurt your delicate little brain, but try.

  • @spagerbot

please if you are going to insult people's "little brains." Learn to spell.

  • @TheRowands Because when the fuck do u ever hear of a woman breaking in with a gun?????

  • @Rossoneriazzuri Phil Hartman did :P

  • haha- i like how the host exposes the stupidity of these commercials... they play off ignorant and paranoid women and use fear as a tactic to get them to buy their product

  • bahaha- FUCK Broadview security... how come all of em are white dudes?? I think a few blacks and mexicans might feel left out eventually and want to break in as well

  • Funny stuff.........But ya could'a mentioned that threats are real and the only real loud noise villains will truly run from is the report of a gun..

Well, they'll either run or drop dead from a good head shot.

  • @td84 wow that's kinda mean!

  • nice vid.. i just saw the bad relationship one. the acting is so awful

  • LMAOOOOOOOOOO

  • Oh wow, just getting not easy to kick in doors and windows would be a much better investment.

  • i like you.

  • @tom91775

hahaha i don't thin you need to tell any member of the Hanson family about that.... we/they are the most irrationally NOT fearful people ever. my grandma's signature quote: "It's not that EASY to die!" (said after things like "what if this whipped cream is expired?" and "i don't know grandma... doesn't look safe to me")

except my dad's cousin Bonnie who won't leave the house without a pair of shades and her husband.

  • @tom91775

he's not any more scared of loud noises than we are. i'm sure he'd just break in all the same if he were sure no police were informed at the sound of the alarm.

anyway, these commercials are awful if you're a feminist and noble if you're the rest of us. :)

    BROADVIEW SECURITY TO THE RESCUE!!!!

    anyway...

  • What if they get you before you can answer the phone?

If you don't answer they just come, right?

  • The ending is funny though. lol

  • I hate these commercials. They are so fuckin stupid. A guy kicks in the door, stands there with a dumb look on his face, then runs away. Who's going to do that? If someone's brazen enough to break into a home when they know people are inside they're certainly not going to give a shit about an alarm. Besides, he could strangle the crap out of her, steal her stuff and be half way to Turkey before Broadview dialed 911.

If people are that concerned about it their best bet is to get a big dog.

  • 'AJ' has such an actor look about him. How many hot guys need to kick a girl's door in? She'd be asking him in-for the night.

  • @lasuvidaboy Hmm that's a good point.

AJ probably didn't need to rape her if he was patient. She was probably gonna give it up to him after a while.

  • I loved the ending. "Oh hi Josh. I'm safe now. What are you wearing?" xD

  • The one with AJ is priceless. Throwing that bare elbow thru the door's window and that Facial expression...I cant wait for my first home invasion. Ill ask the lady how it looked when i do it....Did you see rage in my facial expression? Or ill wear a Broad view uniform when i do it that will throw her off Seriously tho..Buy a .45

  • @W7Blitz

last summer my cousin accidentally punched through a window. he drew his arm back and realized that it had been sliced nearly in half. i was standing inches away at his right shoulder. we saw everything inside his arm. it was disgusting.

  • And what if the robber is deaf?

  • Yeah, because an alarm really stops a drugged up crackhead from stabbing you and pissing all over your wall.

  • If your mad at your girlfriend kicking in her door and running away lets off allot of steam and its an awesome adrenalin rush. >:D

  • Why did she said someone is always outside waiting to rape you, LOL. The dumbass redhed should've gotten her azz beat by letting a stanger name AJ in the house.

  • Broadview Security supports male bashing.
