@DSDMovies They made the track kinda boring-looking in Power Edition. The original version's Beginner track had you drive by waterfalls and under rock arches and stuff in a big bio-dome-thing.

I do have some questions if you don't mind me asking:

1. Do the AI cars ever pit? I don't think they do seeing this vid.

2. What does the pace car look like? Probably just any white car.

3. What invokes a yellow flag? Cause there's car crashes all the time it seems.

4. Are there yellow flags on the Advanced/Expert courses?

5. Does the game track car damage and does it have an effect on your speed/handling?

2. It looks like a generic white car with a bit of black and lights on top. It's sadly not the Viper from the intro.

3. It seems to be random, I'm not quite sure, though.

4. I haven't seen one yet.

5. I don't think it does.

The greatest arcade racing game of all time.

The funny thing is that I would never have played it if not for that awesome song. A machine was playing that song and I liked it so much I tried out the game and fell in love with it.

Hopefully SEGA releases this game on PSN or XBLA someday. Although if we could get a 100% working emulator it would be nice too.

@wooterz well in terms of performance it need more work, daytona usa 2 works at 44/ 57 fps with my core 2 duo e8200 at 2.6 ghz and 9800 gt,

also virtua striker 2 show 60 fps but it feels like 30 fps
