@tomwullus i'll explain it shortly,

to activate the flash the camera uses alot of power all at once, this is done by that black pipe-like think.

when you take out the flash the camera has nowhere to send that enourmous amount of power so anywhere u place the wires u get the shock :)

what i did was, get two wires and wrap one around the possitive side of the AA battry holder and one on the negative side. then, taped a 9v battery on the side of my camara and soder-ed the appoperite side to the 9v. it is much more powerfully and i suggest some one make a video showing this, cause am to lasy to do so.

WARNING:DO NOT TOUCH THE WIRES EVEN AFTER YOU TAKE OUT THE BATTERY!!!I was tryin this but apparently the flash was charged and i took out the battery then i accidently touch the wires commin off the capaciter thing and shocked the HELL out of me!my fingers are still burning.now i have 2 little blisters where the wires touched me on my thumb and its all red an hurts like hell.
