  • Loyxxx, 3 weeks ago, I talked to Shans in Mae-sai, a town half Thai half Burma, not so far from Mekong. They speak Tai-liu (劉). Compare their flag to Lao flag today with the moon of Dao. For black in VT, dam, but in Pakse, lam. D can be changed to L. The flag is used to appeal themselves.
