Come on... why are people praising this movie so much? Sure... it's not bad or anything. But they rehearse the exact same villain in this movie as the one they had in the last movie - and he gets the same time of really disappointing ending after all the terrible things he has done. And the oddity to how Andy acts in the end when he gives away the toys.... and... ugh - there are so many odd things about this movie they could have done better. I can not be the only one thinking this!

OMG Better than sex totally! :D Me and my brother and friends laughed our asses off through the entire first part of the movie in the theater! xD There are SO many adult jokes in there and it just worked so well for the little kids and the people like us that grew up with Toy Story. Then near the end I was tearing up because I remember the first movie so well and I adored it as a kid. (Especially the green soldiers lol.) We watched the first Toy Story over and over as kids it was one of my faves

I recently watched monsters inc for 3rd time, and watching the part were boo started handing sully all her toys like nemo from finding nemo, and jessey from toy story 2 made me wonder. What if one day they made a BIG pixar movie were EVRYBODY from every pixar movie would meet up, just imagine sully meeting all the toys from toy story? Or the old guy from up meeting the incredibles, or the cars from cars meeting wall-e? And they team up to make a movie filled with happiness, laughter, and joy :)

I just dind't buy into what was happening. Espicially at the end where after going through a ton of shit, they just give up. It just felt incredibly lame to me. The 3 worst things to me are the one-dimensional characters, the uninteresting animation and the absence of a good soundtrack. There was nothing in there to make me care about the fate of the toys.

The characters were not on-dimensional, we saw Buzz Lightyear as a prison guard, and a mexican. That's 3 dimensional, so points go there. Maybe you just don't know how to spot a good movie.

The movie survives on nostalgia. The animation was to me, boring, because I've seen animation that is so much better. HTTYD is an example of that. Same goes for the soundtrack.
