I personally prefer the Sherlock television show, its a lot more mystery and a lot less explosions.
@munforall Funny you should mention because I just started watching that show yesterday. My disappointment in the movie got me looking into all the Holmes adaptions I hadn't checked out yet, and I agree. Very good show.
