Unimpressive And Disguisting!! Having a camera in the courtroom is an easy target for property damage inside the buidling ... not to mention a lawsuit against the county for negligence. A Pathetic 2!!
I am thinking this is a court room camera. I don't know if you've been in any courtrooms lately, but they do have cameras mounted in the corners to record proceedings.
