Promoting WC among women and children is a good thing, but these videos dont prove that WC works at all. Why dont u spar against some tough guy who is not cooperating with u; that will be much more realistic then such "sticky hand" games.

Sparring dangerous more then "sticky hand" games.

"sticky hand" games save and be got good atmosphere.

@crane76 aren't you missing the point? the drill is supposed to train a person under pressure. it's like weight lifting. you are supposed to challenge your muscle to the degree of fatigue within a small amount of reps (like 8-12 reps). the drill is not about what the teacher can do, but how he makes the student grow by correcting their postures/reaction/techniques. maybe you misunderstood the purpose of the exercise.

In short,

I love to talk story of my Wing Chun - Sifu, lineage, background.....in private but not openly.

I study Wing Chun Kuen in Hong Kong under some Sifu and my Wing Chun is Yip Man style background.

I was born in Hong Kong, 1956 March.

All my youth time had Kung Fu recreation; Wing Chun is the best.

Of cause Yip Man style background.
