  • 1:18 A game is not all about winning; it is also important to make it look beautiful. Only an artist would say such a thing, regardless of what he/she does.

  • i'm not sure why these strikers take MMA fights like these when they have no experience on the ground. You would never see it go the other way, Uno go to K1 to fight Yilmaz because he would get killed. This was almost as painful as watching Michael Mcdonald vs Lyoto Machida

  • its caol specialty,,,,try boxing....caol will be destroyed easily.....

  • @gunspeacialist I don't think that Caol had any advantage other than he trained stuff on the ground. From what I can tell it's an MMA fight and The Turkish Samurai needs to work on his ground game. Both fighters started out on their feet and you could say that was Yilmaz's specialty.

  • make your game.

  • se confió Serkan... :/ no se dió suficiente espacio para poder ejercer su lucha...

  • its Akiyama!

  • ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh nohhhhhhhhhh yilmaz lose T_T hes my favorite fighter danng owned by grappling arrgg i hate grappling to watch its so boring . . . yilmaz moves entertain me a lot!!!

  • serkan yilmaz ist doch eigentlich kick boxer was suchte er da er trägt keine boxhandschuhe und die kämpfen auf dem boden weiter???

  • Allah belani versin serkan baska bisey demiyorum..

  • armbar ftw!

  • lol uno owned this clown so bad. no fancy kicks, no jumping around, no taunting the opponent. uno let this guy looked like an amateur.

  • does uno fights at UFC??

  • sekan is kickboxer... noobb

  • Lol this is the problem with alot of Strikers coming from their art to compete in MMA. Pure wrestlers have this problem too, although to a much lesser extent which is why you see so many of them competing in MMA. On the flipside, most submission specialists get destryoed to the other mentioned stylists once they learn good submission defense

  • grappling is a sport fighting style. try to do it on the street in england, america or thailand and you will be stabbed or have your head kicked off by your victims friend or even just a passer by.

  • @mkultrajos

dude. are you stupid? you would get stabbed with any other fighting style or get kicked in the head by their friends. it's like saying: muay thai is a sport fighting style, in usa you would get shot by some niggers.

  • @mkultrajos YA thats why cops learn grappling and gracie BJJ because its not effective at all. maybe you should do some research or maybe some field research (i.e get into a fight with a black belt BJJ) before you open your mouth.

  • @HELL5ON if you read my comment again it doesn't say grappling is not effective. it's a sport style. i teach hapkido which is a grappling and stand up style. however i am not restricted by bjj's rules such as no small joint manipulations and no hand chokes etc etc. learn some real martial arts before you open your mouth.

  • @mkultrajos me learn some real martial arts. I guess kung fu, nippon kempo, muay thai and BJJ are not real martial arts well i guess I have wasted 23 years of my life. hapkido is the only "real" martial arts. thats why all the mma fighters train in that style huh. dude my father owns a boxing/kickboxing and muay thai school in switzerland and I have been exposed to martial arts since i was 3! I also have had to defend my self and most people grapple. So I think i know what I am talking about.

  • uno got lucky if serkan would have came up with just one of his power kicks out of nowhere he would have knocked him out of the ring, I want to see a re-match!

  • turkish power ;)

  • yilmazz us the best period and besides he's not a grapple fighter grappling sucks

  • @cowboyfromhell200588

he just got owned so bad by standard grabbling. and yet so still believe he is the best lol. let him fight against royce gracie or sakuraba. that would be funny.

  • yilmazz us the best period and besides he's not a grapple fighter grappling sucks

  • yilmazz us the best period

  • yilmaz isbetter in k1

  • @SuperBluepurple yes i do feel uncomfortable watching two sweaty guys role around on the floor together half naked

  • cok boktan bir dovus cikarmis :D

  • @ghostmcfly bok ötesi bir dövüş çıkarmış.

  • FUCK, i thought i could watch k-1 WITHOUT having to see the faggy, rolling around on the floor dry humping, fuck this shit.

  • 日本人の勝ち方が汚いな

    恥ずかしい!!!

  • teach him some bjj he would be a ok mma fighter

  • i wonder if yilmaz had any mma experience

  • Yilmaz is a very good striker but in a MMA match he simply would go down...

  • TÜRKIYEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • strikers will fight MMA, but MMA wont fight striking. another set up fight.

  • @tonyvalente alistair overeem k-1 gp champ 2010.

for your info many other mma fighters fought in k-1 matches and won.

Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson, Genki Sudo, Gegard Mousasi, just to name a few.

  • @tonyvalente You mean like Alistair Overeem or Vitor Belfort ?

  • @Kokainuser 2 guys out of hundreds.

  • @tonyvalente Well, I will try to make it clear why it doesn´t makes sense for a grappler to fight a striker at a striking competition.. (Can´t belive aren´t able to figure that oput by themself)

If I'am a great Wrestler and I would Fight a great Boxer in a Boxing match, I'am not allowed at all to use my Fighting technic, (Wrestling) but on the other hand, if a Boxer fights a Wrestler in a MMA match, he can use his boxing all he wants, the rules don´t dissallow is fighting technic.

  • @Kokainuser The bottom line, fighters will do anything to get a win on there record. These set up fights are a thing of the past.

  • I miss Uno in UFC

  • in my opion if i was yilmaz. i wouldnt play grapple game with uno. id use kick boxing and go all out before he tries to submission you. youl never win the grapple games like uno.

  • both are lousy.

one big man with one big punch will knock the shits out of them.

i suggest they eat more and grow up faster.

  • @royng777 Well they arent big fat basterds or steroid freaks they are fighters under 71kg, u ever heard of weight divisions?

  • @royng777 I suggest you look up Genki Sudo vs. Butterbean.

  • UNO IS NUMBER ONE!!!

  • Uno was the better fighter that night.

  • Where is the Figth!? where is the show? Uno style sucks!!

  • Uno destroyed Yilmaz and you guys are trying to make it sound as if Yilmaz won because he's more entertaining to watch. Uno owned this match.

  • @H8lowlives The only reason why Uno owned Yilmaz in this match was because yilmaz doesnt know any submissions or take downs. Thats the ONLY reason ok bro. Just like Uno showed how easy he can beat Yilmaz on the GROUND but standing up no doubt Yilmaz would of beat him. And i dont mean just BEAT i mean DESTROYED him. but i do agree with you about how some ppl saying he did good lol??? Obviously NOT. :p

  • @FranciscoR1984 Yeah that's obvious. Uno is a grappler so he owned Yilmaz on the ground. But keep in mind Yilmaz was not prevented from going to the ground in this match, whereas if you made Uno fight a stand-up war, you would allow Yilmaz to do his thing but prevent Uno from doing his. In this match they can both do their thing, and the grappler came out on top.

  • @H8lowlives true he was way better, but this fight was very stupid. everybody knows that a grapler has the advantage when fighting one to one!! I would like to see uno fighting two guys at the same time!

  • @epicureo25 I think anyone would have problems with two opponents. Yilmaz couldn't face two Unos either.......heck, he couldn't even handle one Uno.

  • @H8lowlives that's not what I meant to say. I rather kick some ass before they get close to me....and if they get to close I'll take them down beat the shit out of them and break some arms. but I rather don't get on the floor for many reasons!! and anyone who have been in a real fight would tell you that they wouldn't go to the floor if they have more than one opponent!!!

  • @epicureo25 Yeah but you have to realize one of the most basic skills you first learn in wrestling is to prevent a takedown. For example correct sprawling, posture, wizzer, etc. Without a solid understanding of the art of taking down, you can't understand how to prevent a takedown. The best strikers in MMA are also the ones who know enough about grappling to prevent a takedown. And even so, you can still end up there especially with two opponents. I rather not get to the ground too, but...

  • @H8lowlives with noobish submission Serkan is a real man he knock the fuck out of people Proud to be Turkish

  • Wrestlers are almost impossible to defeat when they catch the rivals. Serkan could not use with Uno his kicks, even if Serkan is one of the best kickers of the world. I regret that, because I prefer to watch a fight of K1, those are more spectaculars. Wrestling fights are always bored..., however, they are the best

  • Serkan hes fight style is way more entertaining then Caol's .. Serkan ownz !!!

  • boring fight and the way caol uno fights is boring tooo

  • Serkan out next :D

    Congrats to you Caol Uno

  • Serkan Yilamz say: the match to win it not only must look well.

  • caol uno cant fight wtf

fight like a man u bitch

serkan yilmaz would win if he fight like in k1

  • serkan had the chance to use his stand-fight-experience but he didn't dare against a grappler.

of course, his chances on the ground were quite worse without enough wrestling-training.

  • Fashion model? I didn't think the cauli lended itself to fashion.

  • Comment removed

  • idiot played his opponents game naturally he would lose.

  • tae kwon do is law!!

  • watch your mouth..man!!!!!!!!!1 its not the style but it depends on the fighter himself...

  • relax dude... actually it has been shown in K1 matches that Jiu Jitsu fighters win more. Ofcourse you're right, and it depends on the figther, but don't overreact to a neutral comment like this...

  • Taekwondo fighter can not defeat a Jiu Jitsu fighter.

  • Can yea, depends on fighter

  • yeah teakwondo often weak against juis jitsu but it really depends on the fighter

  • Caol Uno can both, stand-fight and ground-fight, so he was the better-rounded fighter.
