I don't get why he's so low on the tier list. I think he's a great character. His standard A is a good holder (for a short period of time) and does decent damage, I usually combo that with a (tap)A+down, which is a great attack, and can deal massive kick. Plus there's next to no recovery, and it's not a smash that requires charging. Is smash side+A is obviously very good, and his standard air A is good if timed correctly.

i love to play as Mr game and watch but when i play my bro, (and my friend)They got easily annoyed at me hitting them with the chair doing the Jump + Down Attack or some smash attack. im not a good player but 1 time my bro was easily pissed at me that he went to the character selection and just be a bashful idiot making it this (Team battle + Mr G&W + Bro and friend = them against me)

i liked how on super smash bros brawl, they added the octopus from the octopus game as his final smash, so not only does he have the helmet, but he can become the octopus as well.

i'd also like to mention in brawl they combined the up+b attack with the parachute attack to allow mr. game and watch to gain a boost, and slowly float down, which was a nice touch. the only problem is that the parachute no longer hurts. instead, when mr. g&w flies into the air, his hands and feet spin rapidly.
