having the upper arms back past your sides keeps constant tension on the biceps and that's what gives them the peak

@zkyggen yes it is.. look at body builders like sergio olivia and arnold... its genetics. ie: low calves and high calves.

@luminatas If you train the outer head of the bicep it will create the peak, Its not the same as calves what so ever.
