  • having the upper arms back past your sides keeps constant tension on the biceps and that's what gives them the peak

  • @zkyggen yes it is.. look at body builders like sergio olivia and arnold... its genetics. ie: low calves and high calves.

  • @luminatas If you train the outer head of the bicep it will create the peak, Its not the same as calves what so ever.

  • @luminatas ha no man u are wrong look arnold had almost no calves when he started so his genetics never helped in that case what he had to do is work his ass off doing calves and always showing them even if they were small that was for motivation, just read his encyclopedia he talks about it, you have to work out really hard and be patience, your comment almost justifies many bodyBuilders who have chicken legs
