@21mij I think this video is directed more towards the people who live outside of KL. Most people in KL are pretty fluent in English but in places like Perak, Penang or Sarawak - the Bumiputera people especially are not very good with English.

@punkerella16 malaysia use british accent in academic stuff basically. and those american n british accent do have some difference in both pronunciation n spelling. btw, its ok to use american accent in ur daily speaking. there should be no problem. hehe (^_^)
