@cwc27 it really wasn't that hard for a marine sharpshooter with a scope on his rifle. he was never hit from the side. when the third bullet hit the back of his head, he had a split second move forward. then the bullet disrupted all the nerves in his head which then caused involuntary muscle movement which could have had him moving in any direction. that's the way it works.

My view (based on either photographic or witness evidence) is that there was someone in the 'snipers nest' at the east end of the 6th floor, another shooter either at the west end of the 6th floor or in the Daltex building, a shooter partially visible inside the concrete structure behind and to the left of Zapruder (check an enlargement of the Mary Moorman photo - you will see him - with rifle), and another shooter behind the picket fence (read Ed Hoffman's account)

@Sather68 there most definitely WERE witnesses to shots being fired from where Oswald was supposed to have been (east corner of the 6th floor) but I do not believe Oswald was there and I don't believe the MC 6.5mm rifle was used. It was a professional hit and a much higher quality rifle would have been used (possibly a semi automatic like an M14 (3 rounds in 8 seconds!). Oswald was found on the 1st floor 90 seconds later calm and not out of breath.

Nope. Victoria Adams was witnessed exiting the back door of the Depository about 90 seconds after the shots by Officer Barnett who was guarding it. That timing means she had to be on the stairs at the same time Oswald was there. You can see the Warren Commission make efforts to disprove this because they are aware of what it means.

@cwc27 it really wasn't that hard for a marine sharpshooter with a scope on his rifle. he was never hit from the side. when the third bullet hit the back of his head, he had a split second move forward. then the bullet disrupted all the nerves in his head which then caused involuntary muscle movement which could have had him moving in any direction. that's the way it works.

My view (based on either photographic or witness evidence) is that there was someone in the 'snipers nest' at the east end of the 6th floor, another shooter either at the west end of the 6th floor or in the Daltex building, a shooter partially visible inside the concrete structure behind and to the left of Zapruder (check an enlargement of the Mary Moorman photo - you will see him - with rifle), and another shooter behind the picket fence (read Ed Hoffman's account)

It was a professional hit and a much higher quality rifle would have been used (possibly a semi automatic like an M14 (3 rounds in 8 seconds!). Oswald was found on the 1st floor 90 seconds later calm and not out of breath.

@brown9708 Your absolutely right. Not only wouldn't I rule him out, but I'm very comfortable stating that I think he is directly involved in the assassination.
You know, it's funny how shortly after leaving the Presidency, (within 5 or 6 yrs I believe), LBJ went nuts and required an on call psychiatrist for the last years of his life.....,

1. 30 seconds after the assassination? How accurate is that?
2. How is it that the dark region is evidence of a person still present?
Dillard photo:
3. Clearly make out a face? Really?
4. Why would a "conspirator" hang around well after the shooting?
5. Why is not seeing Oswald on the stairs mysterious, but not seeing this supposed other guy not?
Bonus question:
6. Why, after the Depository was sealed, was Oswald the only employee missing?

Nope. Victoria Adams was witnessed exiting the back door of the Depository about 90 seconds after the shots by Officer Barnett who was guarding it. That timing means she had to be on the stairs at the same time Oswald was there. You can see the Warren Commission make efforts to disprove this because they are aware of what it means.

i agree. oswald was telling the truth when he said "i didn't shoot anybody, no sir". but he sure knew about the plot. this accounts for his odd behavior when interviewed at the dallas police station. had it been me accused of something like that, i'd have been way more demonstrative and freaked out.

In the rush to exonerate probably one of the most provably guilty people in history who wasn't actually filmed in the act - LHO - one wonders how to explain, if innocent, why Oswald, after presumably witnessing or hearing gun shots killing the president, one of the most shocking events in history does what we all would do. Decide to go and drink a bottle of Coke. And acting like everything was completely normal and everyday. Moments after shots were fired at the president. Right.

Rarely does one see such nonsense in one place. The object in the window? It was the box, left at an angle, which served as a gun rest.(!) Further, Oswald had a lot more time to get to the Coke machine as there is film calibrated to the assassination which shows Truly running to the door about 30s later than claimed... plus the same women who didn't see Oswald going down the stairs ALSO didn't see Truly. Which means they descended LATER than presumed. etc etc etc

Problem is: Oswald didn't leave the Mauser the police found, and videoed, easily found right here at youtube. And, in that video of the cops actually looking and finding the Mauser (which is what was first reported by mainstream new sources), is another rifle leaning against a box in the floor.
Now, tell me...where did the Italian Mannlicher-Carcano rifle Oswald supposedly used come from?
Were all those crew-cut 60's Dallas cops "full of nonsense" when they stated what they found?

Hmmmm...in part 1 it is drilled into our heads that there is no electrical power in the building due to the president's arrival...but in the photo supposedly taken 15 seconds after the last shot being fired ( the one where we can "clearly" see a "man" - more crap) the light is on. Battery powered? Or did the electric company miraculously turn the power on at that moment? Maybe the electric company shot JFK! Or maybe that one lit bulb shot a laser disguised as bullets did it! ??'s

@eerieshor Hmmm...It is drilled into our heads that the power to the elevators was out; not power to the lights in the building. Perhaps you think your home is powered everywhere on one circuit breaker. of the 2 elevators, one was not working. And the switchboard operator noticed the power go out on her switchboard; not her room lights. Are you one of the lone-nutter shitheads?
