Yeah he used to be in the Sligo trad group Dervish.Don't think he plays with them anymore.He released a solo album called 'Headful of Echoes' which is one of the best albums i've heard in a long time.

Headful of Echoes is a tremendous album. He's also got a new one out with The Unwanted Trio: "Music From the Atlantic Fringe" that's well worth tracking down!

I seen seamie play this live at the Rory Gallagher festival on Saturday, he blew me away...Prob the best musican ive ever seen, can't wait to see him again...
