She has a great voice and seems like a true artist even though shes only 14 and im sure she can make a terrific singing career, but in this competition she really stood no chance compared to what Melanie had to offer. And the songs she chose just dont make that big of impression.
Why there are so many dislikes? She's not disrespecting U2, it's HER own version, wich was beautiful. And LA, you're so hipocritical, analize your own contestants and then tell who's doing the same every week.

For those who complain abut the song choice, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the song. Original is a classic ROCK song, but this version sounds more like a psalm.

I think LA is right, Nicole and Paula are also right. Simon is not letting that girl receive the critics, she has to accept the judges help. I also agree with people saying that Astro has been doing the same over and over, I think some of them did not really understand they had to perform Rock songs. However I find that girl Drew boring and flat (great voice) but always the same sad version of any song like when she sang What a feeling by Irene Cara, the girl just does not show any passion

Look for Diana Vickers, she was on the x factor uk, and I believe Simon was her menthor, mark my words, he will get her a contract whether she wins or not, and he will make her a star... Diana and Drew are very similar, and very, very Simon's style...

ok so I'm gonna say my opinion, She is amazing, her voice is amazing, she looks amazing and she's singing in her style! So what do you want her to do? It's like expecting Lady Gaga to sing a ballad or Adele to sing a Rihanna song... That's impossible, Drew is Drew and you can't change her!

I really hate how LA Reid is bagging on Drew for doing the same thing every week, when his boy Astro has been doing just that. Astro has been doing rap every week, and that's because that's the only thing he's good at. Drew has stuck with her genre because she's good at it. Voters obviously agree. I agree with Simon: LA Reid is just trying to get inside her head.

They are different songs.. She's singing them in HER style.. She's consistent! She has great tone and technique. Adele doesn't sing different genres, does she? She does what she does best and people love her for it.

Dont know why so many people are disliking this. i dont see how this is the same as last week? id like to see other contenstants like astro, le roy, marcus, melanie do completely different generes and sound different, which L.A is expecting. peoples voices dont suit every genre.
this performance is actually one of my favourite ones. its soft, soothing, mellow and shows of her amazing tone in different ways from previous performances
