gold medal has an absolutely terrible and cheap product. All the flavors are disgusting, if you want good shaved ice and uncomparable flavors you have to get tropical sno.

@JBilford This isn't shaved ice. It's a sno-cone. Sno-cones are a little different, especially in preparation. The Ice shavers use solid blocks of ice that has to be prepared or purchased at who knows where. Block ice isn't available in many places so the snokone is more practical because you can buy cube ice from anywhere to make snocones. I like the shaved ice but it is a slightly more high end product.

I have not gotten my money nor this item that they charged me for. I have all the e-mails to show that I did not want to continue with the order and their responses. It clearly shows that I asked them not to charge the card and their responses. They have NEVER called me but only e-mailed. I have called and e-mailed on a daily basis which has gotten me nowhere. I ordered an item from this company. I canceled my order because they said that they do not carry what I ordered. I made the order with one of their representatives on the phone. Why did he not tell me that they didn't have the item? They can't even answer that. The way I was told that the item was not available was by e-mail. They didn't have the courtesy of calling me even. I e-mailed back and said that I wanted to cancel the order.
