Pete! I am fairly drooling over this....I must get me hence to a grocer and obtain red potatoes!! I just got a beautiful bulb of new garlic from my CSA farmer....this will be wonderful!!

Yeah they are.. The Garlic and milk really makes it.
what does the splash of milk do? you should call that dish mashed fat globs on your hips :)

It breaks down the potatoes and makes it taste creamier. This is not something you should eat daily.. LOL

I like to smoke on hickory for an hour and a half then put it in the oven for about an hour and a half on 280. Fall off the bone delicious.
