As someone who's made a study of the resistance in Holland in the war years can I comment. None of the scenes in the film ever happeneed. It was a Dutch film company trying to be Hollywood. I'm glad they lost all their money. Holland has a great culture and a story to tell but this was'nt it.. It might aswell been made by Walt Dinsney. Dutch history on resistance in those years deserves more.

Loads of twists and turns in this film. I quite enjoyed it...Though I'm not sure a gun fight on the streets in broad daylight wouldn't attract at least some attention.

....world to a life of abject enslavement and misery - well done girls. Getting back to the film, what the hell was the second world war all about? Countless millions killed and untold suffering and for what? The U.K. and europe has now allowed an invasion by a foriegn power through the back door, the very thing we have fought to protect for over a thousnad years - now gone. FOR those of you who like to make rude comments in this space, and not discuss the video - STOP! Now, as for this movie, I saw it last night. It was exciting, and suspenseful. I thought the actors were very good, esp. the lead actress. Don't know if this was based on a true story or not, but it should have been!

Do not assume that I am stupid because I am a conservative. I cherish and have fought for liberty and I have seen and worked with the victims of war crimes (Saddam's mass graves), and have seen first hand the results of the non-confrontational European approach to solving problems in the world (i.e. former Yugoslavia, Rwanda, and Darfur).

1st you're right about people not understanding America, however it's not helped by you assuming that everyone who hates America is socialist, like many Americans you clearly don't even know what socialism is. Many Socialists LIKE America & lots of Conservatives hate America (eg: George Bush he hates America so much he wrecked it). Most Americans aren't stupid since most of them DIDN'T vote for Bush. ohh.. that could be right, hehe.. well i know that they first wanted it to be a guy infiltrating in the nazi.. but they didnt know how to do it.. but they could use a woman's charmes to let her infiltrate.. so i thought they made the story up just for the movie.. but i might be wrong..

haha this is his first Dutch movie ever to cross the big blue.. His first WW2 movie is translated directly as 'soldier of Orange" (made in the '70s) that movie is basically eduaction for everyone and is broadcasted like once a year. Further did you actually see the movie, or only this trailer? Cause this trailer is trash...
