We still used this keyboard in iraq . Korg 01 with Roland D-50 . i wish i can get the same voices in the modren keyboards like Korg pa3x or Korg Kronos .(PCM type).

I once owned a 01w/R and was incredibly disappointed with it. The samples are weak and the entire sound is thin. The korg m1Rex proved to be the most robust of the early Korg rompler lot. This demo proves the point!!

@decozac59 Dear friend, I believe the 01W never needed a demo of mine to prove its quality of sound , it already did. It's simply a matter of taste which synth you prefer above the other. thanx for your comment.

Great sounds, I have a Korg 01/wfd too, could you make a video showing tips on using it, i.e. loading on new sounds from disc's, laying down a basic track etc...?

How can I get a decent 'hammond' effect from the 01/w. Mine sound ok until I bring in the rotary speaker then it seems to go 'out of sync' ? do I need to edit the patches in the prog mode and if so which ones/ thanks

I wish I could give you an answer to your question, hope that another 01W-user(perhaps an organ sounds-lover) kan do it here. What I 'don't really see as an option (still, never say never) is changing what you already edited if it 's sounding good.
