In thailand they banned grand theft auto IV after a guy killed a taxi cab driver and told the police he didnt realize the difference from real life and the game and wanted to see if it was as easy to steal money in real life as it was in GTA, and I guess they believed him. If caught selling the game you will a $1000 fine and face possible imprisonment.

Ive grown up in the 80s playing pacman and donkey kong. Ive never overdosed on pills, or tried to kidnap a fat italian plumbers girlfriend, climb a building in construction, and throw barrels at him. I play GTA ive never carjacked anyone, killed someone or been in trouble with the law either. Thanks to Jack i learned about a very fun game called Bully.

My enjoyment of playing games has continued and I still love gaming for fun and just to relax these days. I thought everybody involved did a great job with bringing this issue to the forefront. You should have pointed out the media's hypocrisy. They could have not shown the Columbine videos over and over and over, as well as the V-Tech shooter's video manifesto, but they chose to anyways, which is exactly what deranged people like them want: EXPOSURE. But no, they would rather find an easy scapegoat such as movies, music, and games.
