But again like I said & I even posted her exact words about her gastric by pass and when its posted in Jet Magazine with her on the cover and she says out of her OWN MOUTH about her gastric by pass, then I believe it to be true! Finally, they stopped asking! However;she did tell that she lost 85+ pounds over a period of time. I was at this amazing event, and Auntie Ree-Ree peeded all over the stage! She will understand exactly what I mean! This was absolutely one of her best performances/concerts! I've seen her many many many times live!  She was on fire! And, her orchestra didn't miss a beat either!

Aretha sang A LOT of songs that night and seem to make it through the WHOLE concert with any trouble at all. A few years ago after about the 2nd or 3rd song Aretha seemed like she was about to pass out walking around on stage huffin and puffin. I hope she continues to take care of herself and lose more weight, so she can continue to keep up her energy for us to enjoy!!

Wow! That was unbelievable! She tore that up unlike anything I have heard her do in many years. Saw her last year in Virginia and I thought that was amazing and this tops even that!
