Besides that account is a backup account because he had alot more subscribers when that clip was up on his orginal channel. Besides he already got two strikes from toei by uploading his dbz AMV's. If they want to get in trouble by Toei let them do it.

@man0204 If it were me I might feel a little pissed off but also worried for the user uploading the video. That is how people get suspended. The DBZ clips used here all belong to Toei Animation. They remove loads of DBZ videos. Got it? despite it being an AMV you can still be punished for it if the content in the video isn't owned by you. That is how copyright works. Stop getting angry over it.
