How did you find that particular start point to jump ?

it cant be just "it seems high enough".

How did you calculate and put height, weather and wind ect factors into account ?

It seemed to me that you could very easily hit the ground right in front of the balloon guy.

Thank god the balloon guy acted and jumped away fast enough.

The purple ballon as you see is from when they edit him in a few times going through the tree's to hit the ballons that the guy is holding. So you see different perspectives of the video recorded from his camera's. From their edit they show you aleast 3 different times him going through the tree's close to the ground.
