@iRicecrispy If you look carefully at the sequence where Fry is frozen and we see different eras outside the window, at around the 24th century, we see a medieval era. It's a reference to "I'm gonna get medieval on his a**."

We also see medieval periods on the show two more times, the year 252,525 and 1,000,000 1/2. It's in the time travel sequence in "The Late Philip J. Fry".

Robot Fry and Bobblehead Leela are both from The Farnsworth Parabox, as versions of themselves in other universes.

Three episodes show alternate universes, I Dated a Robot, The Farnsworth Parabox, and The Beast With a Billion Backs. I think there's also one in some comic. (Yes, there are Futurama Comics.)
