It is obvious from the video that he is struggling to survive, and it reminds me of something that you would watch a sadistic murderer(s) would do to someone in a horror film... The place I went to Thayer Learning center a kid had died there too and I'm not suprised.. That was hell there's no way in hell what I went through and all my boot camp brother went through was legal! during the year I was there a couple kids wrists were broken... it was sheer terror every day and night for a year. sometimes they would wake us in the middle of the night and exercise us for a couple hours and send us back to bed...
I went to place like this in 2007 it was called thayer learning center when I first got there on my intake a had 3 dsgts on top of me tieing me into a pretzel I can't even explain the pain i was in and I was having a hard time breathing because my throat was being pushed into the ground when I passed out I think they got scared because they thought they killed me, so they made me run a little bit more and ended my intake early.

@taylakaren I went to an American bootcamp and was treated the same as the boy in this video, but it didn't even come close to killing me. Medical should have made sure the boy could endure extreme physical efforts before starting bootcamp. At OCS we had thorough medical screenings before the DIs could beat us. (Not literally beat, in case anyone takes this the wrong way)

I was in a bootcamp. And I would like parents to know that after ive done all the routines in the days there, I would go to bed and cry myself to sleep hoping my pain would end. but the emotional abuse didnt end and once i returned home I had the worst feeling of anxiety and depression. I would just like to give my sympathies to the boys family, your boy did not deserve to die, and yet the feeiing of me being discharged from the camp was the feeling of me being dead.
I can't believe anyone could be so insensitive, cruel, and coldhearted as those men were! Having said that, I'd like to remind you not to generalize. These men are definitely not representative of Florida or America. While, unfortunately, there are people like this out there, it only gets on the news because it's so rare. I was in a bootcamp. And I would like parents to know that after ive done all the routines in the days there, I would go to bed and cry myself to sleep hoping my pain would end. but the emotional abuse didnt end and once i returned home I had the worst feeling of anxiety and depression. I would just like to give my sympathies to the boys family, your boy did not deserve to die, and yet the feeiing of me being discharged from the camp was the feeling of me being dead.
