Nomura has really changed Noct's face so that he can look more mature and human, he even has a new and much better outfit now. plus his hair looks a little different. I really suggest you watch the new trailer so you can see that Noctis doesn't resemble Sasugay anymore...

honestly final fantasy versus 13 should be made into a movie and i think its going to be better than advent children.
