Nori is not dried seaweed but made from dried algae. Third, I have had dried seaweed before. I had it in miso soup which has wakame in it. Wakame is actually dried seaweed.

Cold kitchen is a department which takes care of all salad, fruits,canape' , some creative fusion sushi, amenities for (VIP/ Regular) guest, as well as Banquet functions...
no offend but this isnt that great...for sure it can be done even in less that 2 min.I saw every thing was prepared and already cut. I can do it in 10min tops..double the amount and still have to cut it on the spot plus no plastic leaves garnish...
