As to the particular series and episode, this soap-opera series has been running for 25 years, good luck in finding which episode it is!

The actress is Samantha Janus (pre-married name), now known as Samantha Womack. She entered the television series in around May 2007.

So you only have to look through 3 years worth of Episodes..and they produce 5 episodes per week.

If someone can identify which series it's from or even better the episode, I'm sure it's available on DVD from many sources or even the TV company. It's a popular UK TV series so try Amazon, WHSmith, HMV etc.
