  • @snakegirl0223 1, ignore that idiot. 2, try taking st johns wort to elevate your mood and valerian root for your anxiety. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables, upwards of 11 servings a day. Cut out sugars and fast food if you eat it. It only hurts you physically, mentally and emotionally. Meditate. Seek the help of a mental health professional (preferably a holistic one) if you or someone close to you feels it is necessary. There's no shame in getting help. Peace.

    I think I have a lot of negativity in me. I also think I suffer from depression and can be paranoid at times. I'm not very outgoing, I'm shy and don't like to talk to people or answer questions in fear of being wrong and making bad impressions. This affects my school and home life.

    Is there anything I can do to get over these obstacles?

    You've done a marvellous thing: you made up your mind that there must be a way to become a better person.
