  • Michael Gira, James Blackshaw's record producer, was brought to tears by James's music. This is pretty astonishing to me, because I could never imagine Gira crying. He ran away from home and lived on the streets and travelled across Europe when he was thirteen; at that age I played video games and had my mom drive me to school each day. Emotionally powerful music indeed.

  • i hate this fucking granpas guitars bullshit, acoustics are really so shit, why cant everyone just play electric guitars like real guitarists

  • @edg910 Seeing as it is your opinion, I can respect that. However, that is YOUR opinion on this sort of thing. Other people do enjoy this genre of music. Also, real guitarists DO use acoustics at times, it's just that using an acoustic guitar is more complicated to use due to the chords being fingered differently to compensate for the lack of emphasis of sound produced by one. In conclusion, your opinion on music does matter, but the way expressed makes you sound like an idiot.

  • @edg910 im 21 i play acoustic guitar fingerstyle exclusively, we aren't all grandads who enjoy it

  • THANK YOU STEREOMOOD!

  • WHERE CAN I FIND APOLOGIA

  • i listen to this before times of great, great turmoil, or times of tremendous conflict.

    then i fuck your bitch.

  • so touching music

  • ok ok

  • Saw him yesterday at Supersonic festival in Birmingham - the man's a genius
