Hey TJ, I hope you're reading the comments. George Bush wasn't always like this. A long time ago when he was Governor of Texas, he used to give good speeches. In fact, you can even see he was well prepared in the beginning of his administration. As soon as he declared war on iraq, he started to lose confidence. Poor chap.
As a speaker, he uses way too many hand gestures and they are not natural.
