You never know what will or won't stand, if there is only one way in and out, and this is the only dude in or out it is probable cause for an arrest, a conviction may take more evidence but this would be enough for a search warrant of the dude's house if they identfy him. Trust me I know this for sure I would defend the kid but, all this is probable cause, but then again that's all any case made up of PC is a fine line, and good cops walk it everyday. he may not be found guilty but he might.
