  • Hi Bath Mistress, LOVE LOVE LOVE you videos. You make GORGEOUS soap! I have been learning CP soap, and have a question about the honey. I understand the sugar content will create more heat, so did you add the goats milk and honey to the lye water solution AFTER it had cooled down, or did you combine all three, the GM, honey and reduced water and then add the lye powder and then let it cool down?.(I hope that made sense LOL)

  • @VanillaRaspberry Thank you. I use 100% goatsmilk. No water was added. The lye is added to frozen goatsmilk and honey. No cool down needed. HTH

  • @Texasred63 Thanks. Good luck on your journey as a soapmaker.

  • Bath Mistress, I am enjoying your soap making videos. Can you please tell me where you purchased your silicone soap mold and your soap cutter? Thanks in advance,

  • @SmellALishes The molds came from Upland Soap Factory which is no longer in business. My soap cutter came from togsoapmolds on etsy. He also has a youtube channel ... soapmoldmaker.

  • what is TOG? please ..

  • @jamesandclaudia TOG is the name of a company that makes soap molds, soap cutters, and other soapmaking equipment.

  • HI there, I wanted to ask -Did you forget to share with us that you sprinkled oats on top of the soap at 3:31 viewing?? Because at this this frame, now we see oats straight down the middle.

#2 where did you buy your soap box and soap cutter??

Thank you in advance 4 ur response:)

  • @jamesandclaudia Yes. I turned off the camera before I was done. I do that quite often. :) Mold is from Upland Soap Factory.

  • @jamesandclaudia Forgot, soap cutter is from TOG.

  • Luv luv luv the music, I was dancing the entire time watching this video. The soap looks so creamy...they came out very nice.

  • Nice, love it

  • Just a beautiful soap...I bet it smells good too, love, love the music..sometimes I look like Joe Cocker when I'm soaping...lol

  • @805Soap Thanks. Your not alone wearing that Joe Cocker look. LOL I am sure I fit the description when I make soap too ... wild hair, no make-up, and my grundgy jeans and t-shirts.

  • Turned out very pretty.

  • I agree 100% with cmirela, you are GREAT!!!! Keep up the good work. BTW< I LOVE THE MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND...

  • @sanjon1998 Thank you. I am an old Joe Cocker fan! Glad you liked it.

  • I want one!!!! It's a joy to watch your videos...you are amazing!!!

  • Beautiful! It looks so yummy and creamy! I love the music on your videos! =)

    XOXO

  • very nice looks so good!

  • looked good!!

  • Very nice! How did you get such a nice color and no center gel?

  • @craftlover9 Thank you for the kind words. Umm, that's just the color mine turns out. 2 ways to NOT get the circle of gel in the middle. 1) no gel - use low temps and place your soap in the refrigerator. OR 2) full gel - a) insulate well OR b) place your soap in the oven on 170* for 2 hours, then turn off the oven and leave your soap in there to cool off or overnight. Check on your soap in the oven often. You don't want to find a volcano! Of course everyone's mileage may vary. HTH

  • @Bathmistress Thanks so much! Again, really lovely!!
