Seriously whats with all the graphics whores? The Wiis graphics are good enough, they are in fact pretty good, and much better then the 6th Generation consoles, so what if they arent as good as other 7th genereaton consoles?

The graphics are okay for the old generation (PS2, GC, XBOX) but for the current gen looks pretty outdated. If nintendo released the Wii gamepad for GameCube, the wii system would be meaningless.

deanosplemoni, I couldn't agree more! And €250 is much more reasonable for a Wii packaged with a game (Wii Sports) than a PS3 twice the price - its just a PS2 with better graphics! The Wii should succeed because it brings a whole new style of play to the table, unlike the 360 and PS3 which are just updated models.

are u an idiot? a ps3 is just a ps2 with betta graphics? what about the 60g HD, what about wireless controls, what about ability to watch movies, listen 2 music, view photos, access internet all without even having a disc in the ps3, let alone awsome games like eight days and assasains creed. while Wii ppl are gonna still be sitting there looking liek idiots swinging controls around while playing mario party with worst graphics then ps2 or xbox.

Did you forget that the Wii also has wireless controls, internet (for free), media streaming programs, weather and soon news without ever inserting a disc? And to be honest I'm glad the Wii doesn't support a disc format that will be dead in a few years (look at UMD, and the whole PSP in fact). Graphics don't matter, but just to shut you up look at Zelda, SSX Blur and Mario Galaxy - all these games look amazing.

I think the graphics are smach in-between XBox and 360. Which is fine for me. It means my console won't be overheating, and i wont need to shell out for a HD TV to play the games as they are intended. I think the graphics in this are fine, and the lighting effects are still pretty dam spot on. Can't wait to play!

The Graphics might not be top of the range, but it'll be made up for in price. An xbox360 game costs 50 to 55 British pounds, whereas a Wii game costs 35 to 40 British pounds.
