Still, gotta love this, catchy as fuck.

  • @tjfosk

Not hard to guess, considering the vocal outputs are clearly japanese syllables.

  • @TheWonderingMan

    hi! what synth?

  • Comment removed

  • @TheWonderingMan god ... to not know what a synth is ...

  • @svithak lolzzz

  • @elektrolove87 I mean Synthetizer its a eletric piano, used a lot in the 80's. Those sounds remembers me at Kraftwerk they used it a lot maby worth checking.

  • @TheWonderingMan ... synths dont have absolutelly nothing to do with electric pianos... in fact, many synths dont even have a keyboard

  • @TheWonderingMan

Why in the 80's? Anyone who can't afford a private orchestra works with synths (and even those usual do). And synths are no electrical pianos lol.

  • @narutofan9999 Keep dreaming kid, till you get a better answer instead of futile reactions.

  • @TheWonderingMan

Uh what? A synth is no electrical piano, sorry but I can't do anything about that. And I can't do anything about professionals using synths either O_o

  • @narutofan9999 Yawn -.-

  • @narutofan9999 Tecnically they are all electrical kiddo...so please dont waste my time...

  • @TheWonderingMan

Wow, how old are you, 12? Way to miss the point buddy. You have quite obviously not the slightest shred of an idea what a synthesizer is.

  • I like it but the vocals seem a bit messy.. needs to be tighter but appart frm that noice1

  • I like it, but there could be less "p" in appart, more "o" in frm, and "noice1" needs to be tighter. Apart from that, nice!

  • haha you shot me down :)

  • your vocal track is WAY to busy..... simplify it!

  • I can't wait for my EMX-1 and KP-3 to get here today...or, knowing how UPS can screw up a wet dream, tomorrow. I like this track a lot. Of course, I also like J-Pop/K-Pop/C-Pop. I am thinking of doing some electro Enka stuff on mine...could become a whole new genre...a bad one, but a new one. LOL Great track.

  • a masterpiece! awsome!

  • Boy, this song is so catchy, i play it over and over again !!!

I'll like to hear more traditional Japanese melodys "Denkitribe's Style"

    Greetings from Argentina

  • My day is never complete until I watch this video/listen to this song at least once. It's that awesome.

  • Totally agreed! :) Me too!

  • AWEsome !!!!

  • Awesome !

  • swEEt!

  • Dude I totally want to remix your song.

  • good job

  • Did you samble vocaloid sounds for the voices? Sounds alot like Miku.

  • It's AquesTone - a free Japanese VSTi vocal synth. Get it!

  • this is so different to other youtube

    synthesizer videos

    NICE !

  • Amazing! Excellent composition and mixing.

  • I wonder how you programmed that synth

  • i need this song , soo adicted , better an album D: neeeeeeddd

  • beautyfull

  • what keyboard is that

  • Are you blind?

  • HAHAHA A MicroKorg? HAHAHA The closest thing to any micrkorg is the Korg EMX-1!

  • he's using novation remote 25 LE

  • thanks man

  • awesome

  • It's been discontinued on alot of sites I've been to :(

  • just keep checking ebay. They go pretty cheap.. there is one up now for 125.

  • Just get an M audio midi controller, but one of their top models, has pretty much every function as this minus the joystick thing I think. Korg makes some like this as well I believe.

  • it does have the joystick, well something which serves the same function as the joystick. it's just pitchbend.

i gots me an m audio oxygen 49, very good, so pleased with it.

  • Yeah I own one too, I meant a two axis controller though. :P

  • that's sic dude... rock on man!

  • Excellent!

  • Brilliant ! I want theses boxes o_O

  • korg should pay you for all the adverticing you are doing of there stuff... all your vids show how amazing a korg digital piece of equipment can be...

  • Brilliant! Song and software both! Really got it hands down (pardon the pun) I enjoy the music and videos greatly.

    Excellent work! :)

  • I don't think anybody would ding you.

    The electribe is overrated.

The AquesTone softsynth is amazing but has bad clicks on consonants.

  • I may get dinged for this comment but here goes. Denkitribe I gotta give it to you man you do so much with mostly midrange (mostly in the 100's not 1000's) equipment proving the point that it really is about how you use what you've got! Not how expensive or fab your toys are really (which is saying more with synths than guitars imo) anyway I love watching what you do.

  • You should get some endorsement contracts.

I think you´re the best kind of viral marketing! Everyone watching your videos wants to have an EMX, a Kaoos pad (or two), a microkorg xl, a nintendo ds and so on.

Maybe you should send Korg an E-Mail ;-)

    Probs,

    ecm

  • I will say because of Denktribe, I went and purchased a Korg EMX-1 Elektribe Groovebox.

Now to figure the darn thing out, that's a whole other thing. LOL

I do wish I knew what that background noise is that is heard at the beginning and end of the song. I'm also sure it's throught the song as well. I'm not sure it's suppose to be part of the song because he hasn't even hit play on the Korg groovebox, but it's still heard before the song starts. It sounds like ocean waves with people talking.

  • He often makes use of ambience recordings sampled in on the track post-recording.

And just hang on to your manual for the EMX and you'l be fine, it's not that hard to learn really.

  • ahh, Thank You Marc !

    :-)

  • thats dope

  • I swear I never tire of hearing his two AquesTone Songs. I should just convert em and put em on my mp3 player or a CD.

    LOL

  • I can imagine walking through Tokyo with this music on!

  • jode con el colega... u got me over 1 hour watching your videos... u re the zen masterkorg

  • Great stuff

  • I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

  • TOP!

  • aaahhhhhhhh

    yo quiero uno de esos!!!!

    from chile

  • i want one of those

  • wow genius

  • just good man, thats all i can say

  • Dude, this is so SICK! 5 stars!!

  • this just made my day.

    Absolutely beatiful.

  • I found a simple way to create your own .koe files for changing the defaulted kokonikasifairuodoropu vocal sound that's in AquesTone. Just make a new notepad text file document and within it, make up your own text vowel sound. For example, something like aaeeoouhh After that, just save the text file to whatever name you want along with changing the file extension from .txt to .koe

After you do that, you can open it up in the AquesTone and play your new vocal sound.

    YAYYY

    :-)

  • fucking sickkkkkkkkkk!

  • so...according to korg this thing have...207 pcm waveforms right? wich means...LOTS of bass drums, snares and hi hats?, cause i have the money but just for one, and i wanna use it for some beats, and i see the synth as a plus but i just want the beats...and...i don't know wich one is better for this...the red one or this blue one...can you help me ?

  • Comment removed

  • well the blue one is the synth, the red one is the sampler.

you don´t need the synths, take the red--->good for beats

you don´t need the sampler, take the MX--->

    hardware ftw

    greetz from germany

  • It depends alot on what you wanna do with beats and how you wanna do it. Bottom line is you can get alot more beat/drum sounds cheaper with a pure drummachine like the Akai XR20 or the Alesis SR18, both cost less than half of the Electribe. But the Electribe offers a more varied style of working with the sounds, and offers a pretty good synth to boot. EMX vs ESX is a question of synth vs samples, personally i went with EMX and getting a SP-404 for samples. But ESX has both smaller, cheaper.

  • Espera-It all depends on what exactly you want to do. If you want to sample and create your own drum kits as well as make and play your own wave cycle samples than go for the ESX.

On the other hand the EMX offers more keyboard parts, but no filtering for the drum parts. But theirs still endless possiblities with the presets on the EMX.

    EMX=synth workstation

    ESX=sample workstation

  • If you ran the out put from the keyboard/computer into the emx and used audio in and put a talk filter on and tweakd the knobs it would sound beast but great job mate

  • Awesome!

  • that shit is wild! i love the square wave chords played and pad-like synthy thing in the background

  • What Song is this

  • Is that a wammy bar with his left hand?

  • looks like an effects controller

  • Left-right axis: pitch bend

    Up-down axis: vibrato

  • i love it thats hot as hell

  • dude you got a fan xD

  • you make it look so easy. awesome!!!

  • wow! I love this! That's the novation X-station..I was thinking of getting one. Can I make that sound with it standalone or does it have to be hooked up to the PC? I like to just use hardware without running through a pc.

  • It seems to be the Novation Remote LE-25

It's only a controller... but it's a fine one :) Although you could go for the M-Audio Axiom 25

  • Awesome.

  • Great ....... Beautiful work!

  • very fine*****5stars de luxe
