How did he do that? water proof ignition?Fan? All the electronics? What about the front and rear diff vents? Tranny vent? I see the snorkel but that doesnt solve all the flooding problems.

usually u run the vents to the snorkel. I dont know about the ignition and points tho. or spark plugs. Any suggestions?

they runb the vent lines up the snorkel and they use die electric greae on all conections to keeep water out

what the fuck any 4x4 with a snorkel could get through there what you on about? a toyota tried to follow my series 2 landy through a bomb hole got stuck, tried to pull him out and ripped the front of the chassis of yea AMAZING build quality.

a CJ or orver would not do that, they are not built like the Toyota Land Cruiser, not even in the same class, if you want proof do some research or just look under a CJ or rover and compare it the the massive Land Cruiser, everything on the Cruiser is way overbuilt

i dont need to do research,i own an FJ40 older then the one in the video,the 2nd one ive owned.

deep fording is more a product of good waterproofing and snorkles than being a tough vehicle.like i said,a beat up patrol or rover or cj will do this also.

well then thats you opinion, mine is through 40 years of off roading you can not do this in anything except a Cruiser and not have to worry about much of anything, the CJs are sweet but are WAY underbuilt,If you own an FJ40 then you surely understand the emence capabilities and unstopable build quality they posses, I own 4 FJ40s and rovers are the worst 4WDs ever built IMO, they fail time after time, ive almost lost my life twice due to their failure, both times I was saved by a cruiser

Definitely an old Toyota BJ or HJ diesel Landcruiser. You wouldn't see a gas powered Jeep making the same crossing without kicking the bucket. Thanks for posting!
