  • Those are pretty shitty designs! They are not even rocket stoves! This is just a concrete fire barrel! Sorry, just being honest!

  • The fresh air comes in through the intake feed tube in a rocket stove. The combustion efficiency and rocket operation is gained by the use of an inner insulated flue ,not an open pit as your's is constructed.

Insert an insulated J tube and your design will really be cooking.

  • That stove is nothing more then an open pit fire, without the top Collar.

  • 16 bricks do a better job

  • Check out some videos on youtube regarding rocket stoves - much more efficient than this design and much less (almost no) smoke.

You can build rocket stoves with bricks, concrete or metal.

  • Can this stove be used everyday cooking 3 meals a day? I might follow your design if it won't crack under heavy use.

  • you had me til the liver and onions.

  • Keep out the good work, this video shows the durability of cement, fantastic!

  • and the Romans gave us concrete

  • that aint rocket stove does not even work like one heat all over the place

  • explicalo en espaniol tambien bro a mucha gente de mexico que sufre por la pobreza le serviria

  • Thats not a rocket stove. You need to watch more videos.

  • Great Idea, the only thing I would change is the uncrossing of the rebar to allow for a somewhat level surface for the pots.God Bless

  • This is cool
