  • I have just joined a Chow Gar Tong Long school, awesome to watch this

  • Such An Honor to be able to see this video

  • Awesome... I mean that not in the Bill and Ted way... :D

  • we did this same form in orange belt at my school... i think?

  • Great Style. Reminds me of Lo Mang from the 5 venoms of the Shaw brothers. Power combined with swifthness... Really Great!!!!

  • Power is everything.

    Coiled like a mantis - sbj/chy sau/dj everyday for a LONG time. ;)

  • Happy to see that you have a great improvement when you are playing "Lik Kui",every part of movement is well-matched, I found no mistakes in the video.Honestly, you are the best in Chow Ga. 30 years' ago, Lik Kui was my favourite, but now soft Tai Chi is my 1st choice. Good luck, Sifu tsai

  • im sure you can google it and find them, if not message me ill ask my sifu and get you the full address, im sure its not far from nathan road but ill check if you like

  • Now this is worth watching! I train with a few of Malcome Sues guys and Im really interested in seeing what its like in HK, im going there in March.. Does anyone know where I can find their Tong Long school in HK?

  • The school where I did practice Tung Kong Chow Gar was there at Late Grandmaster's birthday... kungfuakademia hu kungfu fotoalbum html

I stopped practicing Chow Gar. So, this is not an advertisment :))), I just remembering the fine days...

  • Looks very impressive

  • Messed that dude's foot up :P

  • Ip Chee on fire

    Do not mess

  • The form is "Lip Kui" which i think translates as killing bridge. This was performed as the late Grandmasters Ip Sui's birthday in 2002, Hong Kong. Sifu Ip Chee Keung inherited the title of Grandmaster and the head of the system from his father. In this clip you also see the demonstration of "sun sook gung", raising the testes. As you can see he takes full kicks to his groin from one of the Shaolin Soccer film actors ;)!

  • Which is this form? Is very similar to Sanchin Kata of Okinawan karate and Sanjin form of White Crane kung-fu

  • I wrote a message to you, where can I see the similar Okinawan and White Crane forms?

  • i'm no karate expert but search for san chin okinawan karate on you tube. The form is in acutality southern white crane and 5 ancestors fist. Proving that karate does come from kung fu...although okinawans have a different take and the mainland japanese do it even more different.
