Kevin is a great fighter. Yeah he poked a guy in the eye. Things happen in a fight. There are risks involved in any type of fighting or martial arts regardless of how good you are. I have met Kevin and he is a great guy. You wouldn't necessarily think a fighter if you looked at him. I can't wait for him to silence his critics!

honestly kevin's the shit i ain't gonna argue with that, but after 3 surgeries, he would really consider doing something else. he poked johnson in the eye multiple times because "he's afraid of breaking his hand if he throws a closed fist". i get using a palm strike, but he should've kept his fingers pointing up. that's y it's called a palm strike, not a fingertip strike.

Kevin is not the only, fighter to use a palm strike. It was an accident, pure and simple. Kevin's a good guy with true competitive sprirt. Outside the arena, he wouldn't hurt anybody. I went to that tiny highschool with him; we were in Kindergarten through 12th grade together. Though we were never really friends, I've always respected how fair, honest, and driven Kevin has been in everything he has done in his life. It's two guys in a fight. A Fight! Bad things are bound to happen on occasion.
