Stevo was right in his talk against his parents for being hypocrite, but being against moving from New York to Utah, praising New York was hypocrite, I explain, punks claim to be against capitalism, consumption industry and everything related, then it is hypocrite for wanting to move to New York that lives on the capitalist consumption industry and materialism, it would be logical for someone that claims to be against capitalism, the consumption industry etc to want to stay away from New York

I was hooked on this movie the first time I saw it. I had never seen the trailer before...and I'm glad that I never did. How could they make such a great movie and fail so miserably on the trailer? I was hooked on this movie the first time I saw it. I had never seen the trailer before...and I'm glad that I never did. How could they make such a great movie and fail so miserably on the trailer? Anyways, excellent film, and if you haven't seen it, then buy it! You won't be disappointed... Matthew Lillard shines, as well as a few others.

does any one know the movie where like part of it is drawn, and at the end they try to steel the cougar/leopard by tranquilizing it only to find out there was two in there and somebody dies from it?

When bob dies, steveo realizes that being a "punk/anarchist" cant last forever, almost like a phase. So he gives in to the "system". Which isnt a bad thing at all. You can almost say "he grew up". Thats why at the end of the movie he says "im a poser" lol

Poser film. Suburbia (the 1983 version) is the punk movie to watch, had actually punks in it. Or watch Decline of Western Civilization. Nothing about this movie is punk at all. Just a bunch of stereotypes. Go get a clue fucking cunts.

I am doing a film analysis on SLC Punk and I told my teacher to check out the trailer. I don't think that was such a good idea since this trailer makes the movie look like punk fluff. This is one of my favorite movies but man this is one crappy trailer.

This movie changed my life. I first saw it when I was 13... This got me into punk music and by 15 I became a full blown metal head. :)
This is an awesome movie. If it werent for this movie I would be listening to crappy bands right now

one of the most underratted films ever. and just for anyone who hasn't seen the movie, don't let this fuckin corny trailer keep you from seeing the movie. it's actually a great film about growing up and discovering yourself. and matthew lillard proves he can actually act.
