Ouch Athena! Sorry to hear about the nail. About 30 years ago (I was in my early twenties) I stepped on a metal needle in my sewing room. It had fallen on the floor into the carpet & I stepped on it. I thought it was a broken needle that just stabbed me but as it turned out, it broke in half with half ended up inside my the middle of my foot. I walked around (in pain) for several days before going to the doctor. I ended up in the ER & an ortho dr. cut the needle out. I still have a scar.

Glad you are doing alright after your injury, Athena. That sounds extremely painful! I stepped on a nail once when I was a teen, and I still recall how hard it was to limp around while it healed.

Btw, those annoying annotations do NOT go away after you turn them off, they stay on for any video that has them. I realize they help the channel, but they are frustrating to always have to keep turning off!

To answer that question in the video: only if you take top notch of them. I was doing security at a DSW one time when I caught someone stealing some shoes. We took him back to the holding office and asked him to remove his shoes. When he did, this horrific stench filled the room. His feet seemed somewhat discolored and his toenails were sticking out at least 1/2 to 3/4 inches from his toes!

To the left next to the resolution button which say's "340p" or "480p" or "720P" there is a button that looks like a speech bubble. This button turns annotations on or off.

I believe if you turn them off on one video, they will remain off for all future videos until you enable them again.
